LEATHER AS TERRAIN
A project by Payam Askari developed with SK!N explores new uses for leather and leather‑waste by transforming offcuts, dead‑stock hides and remnants into a unified, expressive material language. Treating seams and color shifts as topography, fragments are layered, draped and fused into continuous, textural “skin landscapes” that read as abstracted terrain.
